Hi, I just passed 6+ years of counting calories!

Since March of 2020, I’ve tracked every single item I ate and drank, every single day, using an app on my phone. I’ve lost 40+ pounds, and managed to keep it off thus far. This tiny blog is where I want to share my journey, its ups and downs, to help inspire others on their journeys.
