    Since March of 2020, I’ve tracked every item I ate and drank, every day, using an app on my phone.

    I just passed 6+ years of counting calories!

    I’ve lost 40+ pounds, and managed to keep it off thus far.

    This is tiny blog is where I want to share my journey, its ups and downs, to help inspire others on their journey.
